Caleb and Megan's cousin Isaac came to stay with us Friday and Saturday night. Caleb had so much fun playing but found it really exhausting, he usually cuts out his afternoon sleep now but seems that he needed it. was also good cos Isaac got to have lots of cuddles with Megan!

Megan 4 weeks old ! =)

Our little Megan is now 4 weeks old and growing so fast, recently weighed on the 6th of November she weighs 8pound 3ounces. She is doing great, her head is getting stronger and she is very alert, we are even starting to get wee smiles!!! She is a cute wee button but takes advantage of cuddles and likes to snuggle in bed with mummy and daddy, still a wee piglet so deciding weither to put her on formula soon or keep giving her breastmilk.

Its a hard life !!

Like most little babies Megan was a tad bit jaundice, here she is enjoying a wee bit of sun, it was so warm and she was all full up on milk that she became very sleepy! xx

Today

Sat 1st November

Granny And Gramps came to visit us at the farm today and had lots of cuddles with Megan and Caleb .. It was very hot until it turned southerly, so we didn't end up going for a walk, but it was nice to catch up and have lunch together.

No rest for the wicked...

Well last night we had our first bad night at home with Megan, she just wouldn't settle and we weren't sure if she was hungry or just being a wee rascal, I was tired of feeding her and was sure she wasn't hungry, unless she is going through a growth spert, that first month is the hardest to get them into a routine as they are all over the place. Shes also a wee bit grizzly today, maybe because she hasn't had enough sleep! fingers crossed for tonight that me and geoffrey get a better night sleep, 4 hours of broken sleep just wasnt enough! :(

Caleb and Megan

Well Megan is 3 weeks old now and settled in really well, Caleb is now more fascinated by her and just adores her to bits! He is very gentle most of the time.
He likes to help me bath her and loves to lie on the floor with her.
He definitley is a fantastic big brother and will help to protect her in the years to come.

Our little Megan was welcome to the world on Wednesday 8th October at 3.14pm Weighing 6pound 10ounces and 52 centimetres long. Present at her birth was her Daddy (Geoffrey), Her Nana (Rebecca's Mother) and Granny (Geoffrey's Mother). Shortly after her birth she was introduced to her Aunties, Kelly and Hannah, and the next day her big brother Caleb. She also had lots of visitors at the Hospital including Grandad, Gramps, Aunty Suzanne, Danielle, Isaac, And lots of friends of her mummy's!
